How do I book luggage storage?
Select the spot on our map that best fits your location, choose the dates and times, and complete your online booking securely in less than a minute.
Is my luggage safe and protected?
Yes. Every booking includes the BagsKeeper Protection of up to €300 per bag. Additionally, your bags are kept in a secure, restricted area within the partner establishment.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
If your plans change, you can easily cancel your reservation as long as you haven't dropped off your luggage at the shop yet and the start date of your booking hasn't passed.
What happens if I am late to pick up my bags?
We understand that travel mishaps happen. Just make sure to arrive before the location's closing time to pick up your bag.
